Le séminaire communiste international dans sa 21e session apporte son soutien aux revendications des peuples arabes en révolte pour la liberté, la démocratie et la justice sociale. Les peuples arabes dans les pays concernés par ces révoltes ont plus que jamais besoin d’une économie productive qui permettra une redistribution des richesses produites entre tous les habitants, loin des familles de monarques et des clans affairistes et bourgeois.
Les participants rejettent les projets américano-israéliens qui visent la division et l’éclatement des pays du Moyen-orient. Ils condamnent les interventions et ingérences de l’impérialisme américain et ses alliés de l’OTAN dans les affaires intérieures des pays arabes. Les participants condamnent également la politique d’occupation israélienne des territoires palestiniens, exigent l’arrêt et la fin de la politique de construction de colonies en Palestine. Ils exigent qu’une solution équitable soit trouvée qui se base sur la création d’un vrai État palestinien et le respect du droit au retour des réfugiés palestiniens.
