Brown calls for shake-up in party funding
Prime Minister Gordon Brown called for reform of political funding rules on Saturday after the millionaire businessman at the heart of a secret donation scandal said the Labour Party was at fault.
Brown said revelations that property developer David Abrahams donated 600,000 pounds to Labour through intermediaries had shown the need for "immediate change" in his party and "broader change" in the funding system.

UEFA Asks Police To Probe 15 'Fixed' Football Matches
UEFA has asked police to investigate 15 football matches over allegations they were fixed, officials have confirmed.
Asian betting syndicates are said to have pocketed millions of Euros through rigged games.
But the UEFA has denied claims Euro 2008 qualifiers are part of a match-fixing investigation, but revealed doubts over one Intertoto Cup match were so serious it was referred to their disciplinary committee.

The Asian nations, two of the world's largest energy importers, are locked in a disagreement over the boundaries of their territorial waters. Eleven previous rounds of talks on the issue since 2004 have failed to reach a breakthrough.

Retiring Robinson departs in style
England's Jason Robinson gave the Twickenham crowd a few more moments to remember him by as his last senior match before retirement ended with him being on the winning side as the Barbarians beat South Africa 22-5 here Saturday.
Known for his fleet-footed attacking play, Robinson, a Great Britain rugby league international before becoming an England wing and full-back, showed glimpses of his old form early in the match.
